近(jin)兩年,壽險行業最大的話題就是——代理人。這個曾經引領壽險行業走向輝煌的群體,在最近(jin)幾年頻(pin)頻(pin)出現大規(gui)模的人員流失(shi)。
年報數(shu)據顯示,截至2022年末,中國(guo)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)壽(shou)(shou)個(ge)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)銷售(shou)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)為(wei)66.8萬人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),其中,營(ying)(ying)銷隊伍(wu)規模(mo)為(wei)43.0萬人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),收展隊伍(wu)規模(mo)為(wei)23.8萬人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren);平(ping)(ping)安人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)壽(shou)(shou)個(ge)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)壽(shou)(shou)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)銷售(shou)代理人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)數(shu)量為(wei)44.5萬人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren);新華(hua)保險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)個(ge)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)營(ying)(ying)銷員(yuan)(yuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)為(wei)19.7萬人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren);太平(ping)(ping)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)壽(shou)(shou)個(ge)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)代理數(shu)目為(wei)39.11萬人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren);人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)保壽(shou)(shou)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)“大個(ge)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)”營(ying)(ying)銷員(yuan)(yuan)為(wei)9.74萬人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren);太保壽(shou)(shou)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)月均(jun)保險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)營(ying)(ying)銷員(yuan)(yuan)27.9萬人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),期末保險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)營(ying)(ying)銷員(yuan)(yuan)24.1萬人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。

近(jin)兩年,壽險行(xing)業最(zui)大的(de)話題(ti)就(jiu)是——代(dai)理人(ren)。這個曾經引(yin)領壽險行(xing)業走向輝煌的(de)群體,在最(zui)近(jin)幾年頻頻出現大規模的(de)人(ren)員流失。
流(liu)失(shi)(shi)背后的因素很多:有(you)人說是(shi)人口紅利在消失(shi)(shi);有(you)人說是(shi)科技革新了原有(you)的工作模式(shi);有(you)人說是(shi)冗員(yuan)太(tai)多、需要精簡(jian);有(you)人說是(shi)行(xing)業進(jin)入了轉型發展期。
任何一(yi)個(ge)行業和群體,其大規模(mo)減(jian)員背后(hou),必然是多重因素作用(yong)的(de)(de),某項政(zheng)策的(de)(de)出臺或者(zhe)大環境的(de)(de)轉變只是壓(ya)倒駱駝的(de)(de)“最后(hou)一(yi)根稻草”。代理人的(de)(de)減(jian)員見底了嗎?個(ge)險渠(qu)道(dao)精(jing)簡后(hou),壽險機構(gou)倚重的(de)(de)新渠(qu)道(dao)又是什么?這(zhe)些答案,隨著上市險企年報的(de)(de)發布(bu),被一(yi)一(yi)揭開。

除卻太(tai)平人(ren)壽(shou)(shou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)代(dai)理人(ren)數(shu)量(liang)較2021年(nian)有所增長外,其余四家的(de)(de)(de)(de)個險(xian)(xian)營(ying)銷員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)數(shu)量(liang)均(jun)出現(xian)了下滑(hua),其中新華保(bao)險(xian)(xian)和人(ren)保(bao)壽(shou)(shou)險(xian)(xian)下滑(hua)最(zui)為(wei)明顯,同比減少了四成(cheng)(cheng)至五成(cheng)(cheng)。相較于上述五家機構,太(tai)保(bao)壽(shou)(shou)險(xian)(xian)披(pi)露的(de)(de)(de)(de)口(kou)徑是(shi)(shi)不同的(de)(de)(de)(de),其披(pi)露的(de)(de)(de)(de)代(dai)理人(ren)隊伍規模是(shi)(shi)月均(jun)營(ying)銷員(yuan)(yuan)數(shu)量(liang),可相同的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi),太(tai)保(bao)壽(shou)(shou)險(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)代(dai)理人(ren)規模也是(shi)(shi)同比下降的(de)(de)(de)(de)。數(shu)據顯示,2022年(nian),太(tai)保(bao)壽(shou)(shou)險(xian)(xian)月均(jun)個險(xian)(xian)營(ying)銷員(yuan)(yuan)為(wei)27.9萬(wan)人(ren),較2021年(nian)同期下降了46.9%。
而2021年底,中國人(ren)壽(shou)、平(ping)安人(ren)壽(shou)、太(tai)保壽(shou)險(人(ren)均)、新華保險、太(tai)平(ping)人(ren)壽(shou)和(he)人(ren)保壽(shou)險的個險營銷(xiao)員數量分別(bie)為(wei)82萬(wan)(wan)人(ren)、60萬(wan)(wan)人(ren)、52.5萬(wan)(wan)人(ren)、38.9萬(wan)(wan)人(ren)、38.5萬(wan)(wan)人(ren)和(he)18.59萬(wan)(wan)人(ren)。這(zhe)意味著,僅(jin)2022年,六大上市(shi)壽(shou)險的代理人(ren)規模就減(jian)少了超80萬(wan)(wan)人(ren),約82.74萬(wan)(wan)人(ren)左右(you),較2021年減(jian)少了三成。
代理人(ren)(ren)數(shu)量雖然在減(jian)少(shao),但是代理人(ren)(ren)的綜合產能(neng)卻在增(zeng)加。數(shu)據顯示,新華保險(xian)(xian)2022年(nian)月均人(ren)(ren)均綜合產能(neng)3237元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)提(ti)高18.8%;太保壽險(xian)(xian)核心人(ren)(ren)力月人(ren)(ren)均首年(nian)保險(xian)(xian)業務(wu)收入28261元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)31.7%,核心人(ren)(ren)力月人(ren)(ren)均首年(nian)傭金收入4134元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)10.3%。
常(chang)言(yan)道(dao):“東邊不亮(liang)西邊亮(liang)。”就在個險(xian)渠(qu)(qu)道(dao)的下滑的同時,六大上(shang)市險(xian)企的銀保(bao)渠(qu)(qu)道(dao)卻(que)在悄悄崛起。
年報數據顯(xian)示,2022年,太(tai)保(bao)(bao)壽(shou)(shou)險(xian)(xian)銀保(bao)(bao)渠(qu)道實(shi)現保(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)業務收入(ru)(ru)304.78億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)大(da)幅增長308.7%;人(ren)保(bao)(bao)壽(shou)(shou)險(xian)(xian)銀行保(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)渠(qu)道原(yuan)保(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)保(bao)(bao)費(fei)(fei)收入(ru)(ru)為(wei)440.30億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增長3.1%;中國人(ren)壽(shou)(shou)銀保(bao)(bao)渠(qu)道總保(bao)(bao)費(fei)(fei)達634.15億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增長28.6%;新華保(bao)(bao)險(xian)(xian)銀保(bao)(bao)渠(qu)道合計(ji)實(shi)現保(bao)(bao)費(fei)(fei)收入(ru)(ru)439.31億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增長7.8%;太(tai)平人(ren)壽(shou)(shou)銀保(bao)(bao)渠(qu)道實(shi)現保(bao)(bao)費(fei)(fei)收入(ru)(ru)491.51億(yi)港元(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增長9.4%。
太(tai)平人(ren)壽(shou)相關負責(ze)人(ren)表示(shi),2023年,銀保(bao)(bao)渠(qu)道(dao)(dao)(dao)依然是公司持續發展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)重點(dian)渠(qu)道(dao)(dao)(dao),一方面(mian)做(zuo)好銀保(bao)(bao)渠(qu)道(dao)(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)(de)建設,與工(gong)、農、中(zhong)、建等渠(qu)道(dao)(dao)(dao)加(jia)大(da)合作(zuo)力度(du),同時(shi)開發私行的(de)(de)(de)高端(duan)客戶,加(jia)強隊伍(wu)培養,以此(ci)來(lai)贏得銀行的(de)(de)(de)認可。另一方面(mian)加(jia)大(da)對銀行和保(bao)(bao)單(dan)購買者的(de)(de)(de)服務,用最(zui)好的(de)(de)(de)狀態來(lai)贏得合作(zuo)伙伴的(de)(de)(de)持續支持。未來(lai)銀保(bao)(bao)渠(qu)道(dao)(dao)(dao)將保(bao)(bao)持新(xin)單(dan)保(bao)(bao)費(fei)占比(bi)30%以上,并將在持續為公司貢獻(xian)保(bao)(bao)費(fei)規模的(de)(de)(de)同時(shi),成為新(xin)業務價值的(de)(de)(de)重要貢獻(xian)渠(qu)道(dao)(dao)(dao)。
