NO.1 廣東房地產“白名單”項目落地金額居全國首位
10月22日,在廣(guang)東(dong)(dong)銀(yin)行(xing)(xing)業2024年三季度新(xin)聞通氣會上,國家(jia)金(jin)融監督管理總局(ju)廣(guang)東(dong)(dong)監管局(ju)黨委委員、二級(ji)巡視員劉云海宣布,廣(guang)東(dong)(dong)轄(xia)內銀(yin)行(xing)(xing)機(ji)構已為四批次“白名單”的404個(ge)項目提供授信(xin)1350.18億元,其中(zhong)331個(ge)項目已落地,總金(jin)額(e)達(da)837.09億元,落地金(jin)額(e)居全(quan)國首位。民營房企項目數占(zhan)比(bi)達(da)七成,獲得授信(xin)規(gui)模占(zhan)比(bi)超八成。劉云海表示,下(xia)一步將按照金(jin)融監管總局(ju)統一部署(shu),將商品住房項目全(quan)部納入“白名單”,做(zuo)到“應(ying)進(jin)(jin)盡(jin)進(jin)(jin)”“應(ying)貸(dai)盡(jin)貸(dai)”“能早(zao)盡(jin)早(zao)”。
