中聯重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)科先進(jin)的(de)風險(xian)(xian)管(guan)理(li)體系也(ye)為企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)的(de)平穩快速發展實(shi)現(xian)了(le)保駕護(hu)航,其國際化(hua)等(deng)戰略的(de)成(cheng)功(gong)也(ye)與其全面風險(xian)(xian)控(kong)(kong)制分不開。2008年前(qian)(qian)后(hou),中聯重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)科先后(hou)實(shi)施了(le)9次并購(gou),這其中就包(bao)括中國工程(cheng)機械企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)邁出國際化(hua)第一(yi)步的(de)CIFA并購(gou)。在9次并購(gou)的(de)過程(cheng)中,由于并購(gou)主體不同,并購(gou)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)發展歷史不同,需要充分考慮并購(gou)中的(de)風險(xian)(xian)因素,而在整合過程(cheng)中,9家企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)均實(shi)現(xian)并購(gou)一(yi)家成(cheng)功(gong)一(yi)家,2011年前(qian)(qian)10個月CIFA公司業(ye)(ye)績實(shi)現(xian)了(le)同比(bi)增長(chang)39%,這樣的(de)消化(hua)能(neng)力,充分顯(xian)示了(le)中聯重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)科風險(xian)(xian)管(guan)控(kong)(kong)能(neng)力的(de)領(ling)先。
通(tong)過一系列風控舉(ju)措,中(zhong)聯(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)資金(jin)狀況一直(zhi)好于業界,一季度財(cai)報中(zhong),中(zhong)聯(lian)(lian)重(zhong)(zhong)科(ke),收入增(zeng)長(chang)超過8%,公(gong)司(si)應收賬款為141.93億(yi)元,較(jiao)(jiao)去(qu)(qu)年底(di)增(zeng)長(chang)21.74%,三一重(zhong)(zhong)工收入增(zeng)長(chang)不(bu)到5%,應收賬款達201.23億(yi)元,較(jiao)(jiao)去(qu)(qu)年底(di)增(zeng)長(chang)78%;徐工收入同比減少了(le)18%,應收賬款則較(jiao)(jiao)去(qu)(qu)年底(di)增(zeng)長(chang)35%;數據上看,中(zhong)聯(lian)(lian)重(zhong)(zhong)科(ke)財(cai)務(wu)狀況是領先的(de)(de),也是風險(xian)控制最(zui)好的(de)(de)。
得(de)益(yi)于(yu)系統而(er)全(quan)面的(de)風(feng)控管理,多(duo)家證券分析機構均對中聯(lian)重科長(chang)期穩定發展(zhan)充(chong)滿信心(xin),國(guo)(guo)泰(tai)君安相關分析師于(yu)8月份(fen)分析稱(cheng):在公司將業務范圍擴(kuo)大(da)至主要機械(xie)行業子行業及受益(yi)于(yu)國(guo)(guo)外(wai)收(shou)購整合后,我們對中聯(lian)重科長(chang)期增長(chang)持正面態度。 (文/陳紅)
